This Privacy Policy explains how the Office of MP Abdulbasit R. Benito (“we”, “our”) collects and uses information on bobbybenito.com.

Information we collect

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and record the time of signup and confirmation. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email, subject, and message so staff can respond.

We also keep first-party page-view logs (hashed IP, user agent, and path) to understand which public pages are visited. If a Google Analytics Measurement ID is configured in Site Settings, Google may also receive anonymized page-view data.

How we use information

• To send newsletters you asked for, and to honor unsubscribe requests
• To reply to constituent inquiries
• To improve the public website and report aggregate traffic to office staff

Legal basis and consent

Newsletter signup is optional. You must confirm your email when outbound mail is configured. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each message or the unsubscribe page.
